PASTA PESTO

INGREDIENTS


85g pine nuts

3 garlic cloves (grated)

80 ml olive oil

1 lemon (freshly squeeze)

2 cups kale

1 cup fresh basil

1/2 cup grated parmesan

pasta

1/2 tbs salt


METHOD


I don't have a food processor, so I use my nutri bullet. Combine all the ingredients and turn on to create a paste. Slowly add water or olive oil if paste is too thick.


Serve with fresh boiled pasta and top with parmesan!
