INGREDIENTS
1 cup coconut water
handful of spinach
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 banana
1 tsp of chia seeds
METHOD
Place the spinach, banana, berries, chia seeds and coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie seems too thick, add a little more coconut water.
